Back nerve pain

 Umm took the old dog out on the old electric ⚡️ bike 🚴 umm back doesn’t like the bike but vroom gives the dog a run umm few spoons of morphine today but all looks ok on the old watch , like umm keep healthy as much as possible, I laugh and think pills exercise,exercise pills 💊  True isn’t it confusing keep the old body moving I suppose, it lets of dopomine in the brain 🧠 a bit of movement so umm my doctor gave me the ten step guide to chronic pain umm 🤔 catch 22 if I’m doing to many pills then I’m doing to much exercise or moving anyways bless the old electric bike but my L5-S1 sure doesn’t like it , got a feeling L3 or L4 lol 😂 umm I don’t even think my back surgeon knows umm I remember 3-4 years ago and I said fuse them three up and be done ✅ with them umm well there was this like brace I showed him and he said lloyd a little at a time ummm  Laughing 😂 out loud 2:00 🕑 and yea i bet you can all guess what I am thinking on a little bit at a time umm grrr I suppose...

Bad back and mental health

Sorry people but I have suffered for well over 16 years with a bad back and truly truly wish you take a time out and have a think about loving 🥰 your self and your back  Plz like 8 mins read and truly it’s a horrible life with a bad back  You never hear much on the suffering from people with bad backs , my names Lloyd and passed this mental health awareness in obviously 🙄 mental disorders, Now dyslexia so apologies for my grammar, Millions out there in pain with bad backs absolutely millions but I guarantee it feels like your the only one with the pain that your in. If you have been active all your life and you get a bad back Coowee, it’s absolutely horrible,  Different levels of pain isn’t there in the bad back world 🌎  There is the dull ache like you slept 🛌 on a bad bed or mattress and vroom starts your day of bad obviously 🙄 your mental health takes a hit as soon as you awaken, So so so nice 😊 amazing in-fact just thinking how magical it would be to have a ...

L5-S1 back operation nerve pain

 See the part in blue that was cut away from my and I have to say it as he is an excellent NHS surgeon , umm chyropract for years helping me stay away from an operation as it’s the last thing on the list really  Manipulation after manipulation umm grrr but umm numbing or blunting or stenosis stenotic numbness , Pain is good you all will probably say sod of lloyd pain is not good umm the ones with pain for a few weeks umm me chronic pains from my back for over 15 years and went to a disabled college , so yep I truly knows a bit about bad backs .and disks prolapse and retrolisthesis and sequestration of the disk Yep broken of disk or parts of it in your spine against your nerve Yep ,  Had two operations already, see the blue part in the MRI is where the disk has been cut away already and the curser and blue arrow are where the surgeon is going to cut that part away at some point , I like cycling and grrr 😖 L5-S1 doesn’t like bumps a few of my disks don’t like bumps so now ...

Pain game to the limit nice NHS back surgeon

 I took the pain game to the limit last year trying to work and even got overdosed while just trying to work grrr silly old back nerve pain game grrr bless the pharmacy obviously 🙄 mistakes can and are made Umm ark at me powering through nerve pain umm Coowee a months worth of clonazepam vroom , maxed out on 2mg Coowee that will knock you for six coming of them.  Umm had an MRI a year ago and back surgeon shook my hand and said lloyd if it’s still the same next MRI then game on he said he would do the operation noce surgeon anyways game on as nice surgeon .
