Bad back and mental health


Sorry people but I have suffered for well over 16 years with a bad back and truly truly wish you take a time out and have a think about loving 🥰 your self and your back 
Plz like 8 mins read and truly it’s a horrible life with a bad back 



You never hear much on the suffering from people with bad backs , my names Lloyd and passed this mental health awareness in obviously 🙄 mental disorders,
Now dyslexia so apologies for my grammar,

Millions out there in pain with bad backs absolutely millions but I guarantee it feels like your the only one with the pain that your in.

If you have been active all your life and you get a bad back Coowee, it’s absolutely horrible, 

Different levels of pain isn’t there in the bad back world 🌎 
There is the dull ache like you slept 🛌 on a bad bed or mattress and vroom starts your day of bad obviously 🙄 your mental health takes a hit as soon as you awaken,

So so so nice 😊 amazing in-fact just thinking how magical it would be to have a mattress issues Coowee.

Like £100 or £200 for years of no back pain sounds brilliant vroom 🏎 mental health issues vanish 🪄 

Umm yea yea ok then the next group I guess is the strained muscles or ligaments damage ,tendons Jared or twisted wrong vroom accident like bike flipped it or car come to a hault quickly or a bump umm 

That’s like weeks or a few months to settle down and stretches and taking it easy , Coowee a few months can be like a life time in this day and age, could mean your job (money )like if you have a family no carrying or running or playing , for the first few weeks you might be flat out horizontal just laid there thinking 🤔 noooo pain is unbearable and painkillers from doctors and pampered may be for a nice month or two months, few weeks gone just on pain medication and slowly but surly you start waddling about and the end of the world 🌎 doesn’t seem to be so close Umm beautiful 😍 well not at the time a shock to the system , if young ummm like skating skateboarding 🛹 horse riding 🏇 🎿 skiing ⛷ sailing ⛵️ loads of sports 🏈 ball ⚽️ baseball ⚾️ the list is endless squash, tennis 🎾, but boom 💥 a twist or fall or jar or if not warmed up vroom , now if you have mental health issues like ADHD then umm that’s another story all together,
But a few months with a stick may be going on the internet or playing computer games or you might be  able to do some work if self employed and if no work no money and power through it like a looney toon on medications and it’s probably an issues latter in life but what can you do if life throws it at you but boom 💥 
That’s a pretty tough two months working or not,
So pop children into the equation and obviously 🙄 if you doing it on holiday your insurance, impossible yep impossible to say don’t horse ride or ski ⛷ or skate isn’t it .you are all probably saying umm ADHD Lloyds expressing my self.
 yep my ADHD phyciatrist once said lloyd expresso your self as people don’t understand you as of your ADHD and dyslexia and learning difficulties,
See mental health scares in the brain 🧠 all the above ☝️ Umm in this day and age your not allowed to lift over a certain amount by law are you Coowee I mean Coowee 

Yep nearly 50 and health and safety was just slowly getting moved into the working environment,

Umm but Coowee welding and engineering Coowee picking up RHS beams of steel with out a thought in the world about the back , how things have changed but obviously 🙄 you will do something at some point ,
To your back , 
Now mental health takes a knock bang pain do t do that again unless ADHD or mental disorder lol umm not funny though as it’s close to the next stage up which people don’t understand a bruise or twist or ligament or muscle ummm 
A month or two months and you gets of lightly and do it again and again and again if you can work through it then vroom your out doing it straight aways like gymnastics 🤸‍♀️ or anything of the above , people learn and some think twice about doing it as a month or two in pain no cash no play it hits the mental health but umm you bounce back pretty quickly. Always will stick in the mind though but vroom there so close to the next level up of damage which can stick with them for life quite a jump isn’t it 
Impossible to tell a young person really or a person who is fearless, if I stopped one person getting a bad back by just thinking or doing stretching 🙆‍♂️ before activities 😭yea I have ADHD and tricky isn’t it to expresso what happens when you go up to the next stage in back damage.

Then and I mean THEN you move up 
The list is a long one with back injury’s 
Slipped disks prolapse disk’s retrolisthesis disks sequestration disks 
Disk degeneration 
Extrusion umm eating healthy and hydrated is a bonus for disk health ,

It made me cry doing that cache level 2 certificate 
In mental disorders or mental health problems 

As depression I had to do and anxiety & phobias & stress
Umm the list is a long one and truly upsetting.

To have a long term chronic back pain issue for the rest of your life from not lifting or warming up properly or trying to lift something to heavy it’s impossible to explain what a long term chronic pain issue is like until you have one ,
To wear your joints out hay ho , but the millions and millions and millions of people in the world 🌎 who suffer from long term back pain issues, truly it should really be taught in schools drilled into children when there in a lesson , 
As the depression a bad back causes is cruel ,

People drink because of bad backs easy to become an alcoholic because of back issues easy to turn to medications getting addictions to normal Perscription medications, 

Illegal drugs vroom, it’s so so so easy to loose yourself in illegal drugs due to back pain ,

Food is another addiction and yea it was so tearful the eating disorders part of my course bindge eating anorexia
I went to a disability college lucky enough as I turned to alcohol and drugs but vroom doctor and mother had one ear 👂 each and said Oy lloyd we will help you if your willing to help your self so obviously 🙄 felt sorry for my self and worthless as of back and pain but vroom grrrr it’s hard but it can be done but umm waiting on another operation my third now I was pulling on a socket that said unbreakable and boom 💥 it exploded and throw me forwards herniated three of my disks and vroom 
But truly if I stopped one person from damaging there back by writing ✍️ this then it will of made my night hopefully 🙏 I pray 🙏 not to religious but will give you all a prayer 🙏 from lloyd and I pray 🙏 none who read this damages there back to give them chronic pain all there life , plz use your knees to lift and don’t go lifting something to heavy , and slipping always west the right safety equipment when doing your sports ,
Truly a bad back will grind you down and give you depression.


Umm then you get popped on pills and your doctor if you have a nice one will send you the ten step way how to deal with chronic pain

Last back operation now waiting on my next operation, so plz plz plz make me happy to think at least 1 person read this and thought twice about lifting something stupid or just pause for thought on your back and muscles 💪 people get trained and west the right safety equipment 
Truly not messing around I would be chuffed to bits if I saved someone from being stuck with chronic back pains on morphine or other strong painkillers and on depression pills thinking ummmmm
