L5-S1 back operation nerve pain
See the part in blue that was cut away from my and I have to say it as he is an excellent NHS surgeon , umm chyropract for years helping me stay away from an operation as it’s the last thing on the list really
Manipulation after manipulation umm grrr but umm numbing or blunting or stenosis stenotic numbness ,
Pain is good you all will probably say sod of lloyd pain is not good umm the ones with pain for a few weeks umm me chronic pains from my back for over 15 years and went to a disabled college , so yep I truly knows a bit about bad backs .and disks prolapse and retrolisthesis and sequestration of the disk Yep broken of disk or parts of it in your spine against your nerve Yep ,
Had two operations already, see the blue part in the MRI is where the disk has been cut away already and the curser and blue arrow are where the surgeon is going to cut that part away at some point , I like cycling and grrr 😖 L5-S1 doesn’t like bumps a few of my disks don’t like bumps so now I am road bound , and electric bike shorter distances at the moment though umm as
Morphine if I go bouncing around to much ,
Horrible isn’t it bad backs and nerve pains Coowee do I knows loads on bad backs anyways got a really good NHS back spinal surgeon and truly spot on , truthful is what I like and truthful is what I get ,
Like lloyd it won’t take all the pain away but it will deal with nerve pain down your left leg and butt ,
Umm cross my fingers on tingling and feeling in my feet as grrr it made me cry 😭 handing in my license to the DVLA but meditation and silly stenotic numbing
And an added bonus yea I was overdosed by the local pharmacy umm while trying to work bless so Coowee hallucinations umm anyways the women in the pharmacy looked like she was honestly upset with what she had done ✅ hay ho we all make mistakes, umm bless her cotton socks still don’t like the hallucinations though still as never had them before I was overdosed,
Umm lol she should bake me a cake 🎂 ok ok joking 🙃 will leave her be and she will of learnt her lesson
Got ADHD so umm pardon me on the alcoholic part and illegal drugs as was self medicating my ADHD with out knowing as diagnosed late in life for that mental disorder umm anyways sod that we talking backs and your surgeon if any good won’t want to take to much aways or out your back as once it’s gone it’s gone and it’s really tricky to work out what’s causing nerve pain and stenosis and stenotic numbing umm 🧐 sorry people but umm chronic pain for well over 16 years I had an accident socket said unbreakable and leaning on a bar and boom 💥 the unbreakable socket exploded throwing me forwards and herniated 3 of my disks and grrrr slowly but surly they have caused me chronic pain ever sins umm but grrrr 😖 like went to a disability college gave up drinking alcohol and vroom back to college so it can be done ✅,
Umm the game is when you have got a bad back is if you can’t do something find something you can do or boom 🤯 you might end up drinking like I did and feeling sorry for my self 😭like rubbish deal and umm easy to turn to drugs to hide 😶🌫️ in but vroom 🏎 there are better options like go to a disabilities college like I say find somthing you can do umm ,
You might be curled up in a ball on your bed 🛌 reading thins thinking sod of lloyd lol sorry got ADHD but to focus 🧘♂️ on things you like doing helps with pain honestly if you can find something you like and zone in on it then it’s as good as alot of pain killers honest
Umm yep been disabled college once before so shssss
Been there seen it got the cirtificates, umm but older now like easy 15 years older worked on lovly stufff met lovely 🥰 customers for like 15 years and now nearly 50 so umm 🧐 I have done another college course this year so not sat down crying 😭 yet grrrr 😖 life can throw some curve balls and back nerve pain is a really horrible game .
Day by day when it’s bad like grrrrr war paint on
